PRIVACY POLICY PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF EU REGULATION 679/2016 (GDPR)

4. Purposes of the Processing

● the rectification of inaccurate personal data, or the integration of incomplete personal data (Art. 16 "right of rectification");

● the deletion of the data itself, if there is one of the grounds provided by the GDPR (Art. 17 "right of deletion"), where applicable;

● to restrict the processing of their data, in the presence of one of the grounds provided by the GDPR (Art. 18 "right to restriction");

● to receive the personal data you provide in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as to transmit it to another Owner (Art. 20 "right to portability"), where applicable.

 

In addition, the User has the right to revoke consent to the processing of his or her data for the purposes referred to in paragraph 4(c) at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to revocation, and to object at any time to the processing for marketing purposes possibly based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 "right to object").

 

To exercise their rights, the User may send a request, in writing to the Data Controller, at its office indicated on the same site.

 

Without prejudice to any other administrative or jurisdictional recourse, the User also has the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority if he/she believes that the processing in question is carried out in violation of the GDPR.
